The information The Pro collects about clients is not sold to, shared with, or otherwise disclosed to any third party unless clients instruct us to do so.
In particular, at The Pro we ensure the security of clients’ information during the handling of the orders in the following ways:
Each interpreter, translator, and editor working with The Pro is mandated to sign a non-disclosure agreement which explicitly states that they are not allowed to disclose any confidential information to any third party unless required so by law. Such confidential information includes: the original documents submitted to The Pro by clients, the documents rendered by The Pro translators or editors, in both electronic and paper format, as well as notes taken by The Pro interpreters before and during onsite appointments.
Safeguard your accounts, computers and devices
It is clients’ responsibility to safeguard their accounts, computers and devices, and to prevent unauthorized access. It is important that clients take discretions to keep their passwords confidential, and to always log off when finished using a shared computer.
